grains in a free-cutting bond matrix that is appropriate for each
primary application.
These grinding and cutting depressed center wheels are the best choice
for metal plate, pipe, tubing, cast iron, carbon and mild steel, foundry
and welding applications, and ceramics. Diamond wheels create minimal
dust, for a more environmentally-friendly grinding.
Our new zirconia grain shape and chemistry in Norton BlueFire Depressed
Center Wheels efficiently grinds a variety of material from stainless
and carbon steels, to alloys and gray iron – with up to 20% increase in
life over former zirconia wheels. Available in Type 27 depressed center
and 28 saucer shapes.
Gemini Flexible Blending Depressed Center Wheels have a unique
formulation for better blending, finishing and polishing of stainless
steel, structural steel, cast iron welds and burrs. Meets nuclear
industry standards. Available in Type 27, Type 29, and AVOS.
Norton Masonry Depressed Center Wheels are made with sharp silicon
carbide, engineered for all masonry materials such as concrete, brick
and asphalt. The low initial cost per wheel makes them ideal for on-site
and small-unit jobs. Available in Type 27, typically used on right
